StudyState terms of use

Plain-language starter terms for the current beta.

StudyState is a study tool. Generated materials can be wrong or incomplete. Teachers, tutors and students should verify important academic requirements with their school or official source.

Original content and branding. Unless permission is given, you may not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute or reuse StudyState's original code, written content, artwork or branding as your own. General ideas, methods and common educational concepts are not claimed as exclusive property.

Classroom privacy. Classroom roster names are intended for the teacher/tutor and authorized school users, not a public directory. Only information needed for classroom use should be entered.

Acceptable use. Do not use StudyState to harass others, bypass school rules, attack systems, scrape accounts or upload material you do not have permission to use.

Beta software. Features may change, and users should keep copies of important work while StudyState is still in beta.

These starter terms are not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney before a large public or district launch.
